These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tkibili. They govern your access to and use of the Tkibili website, mobile applications (iOS and Android), and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the Platform, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
General Terms
Definitions and acceptance
"Tkibili," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Tkibili and its owners, operators, and authorized representatives. "You" and "your" refer to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
The Platform includes the Tkibili website (tkibili.com), the Tkibili iOS application, the Tkibili Android application, and all features, content, and services made available through these channels.
By using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are published in English and Arabic. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English and Arabic versions, the English version shall prevail.
Your Account
Account responsibilities
You may browse our products without creating an account. However, to place orders, track purchases, earn loyalty points, and access personalized features, you must register for an account.
You must provide truthful and complete information during registration. One account per person.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account
If you register via Google or Apple, you accept responsibility for your linked social account's security
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or share your account with any other person
You may request account deletion at any time through the app or website. Deletion forfeits all loyalty points and referral rewards
Platform & Mobile App
App usage terms
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Tkibili mobile application solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to: (a) copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application or any part thereof; (b) remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices; (c) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks connected to the Platform.
We may require you to update the app to the latest version to continue using our services. Outdated versions may be restricted from accessing the Platform to ensure security and compatibility.
By enabling push notifications, you consent to receive notifications on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Orders & Payments
Purchase process and payment
When you place an order on the Platform, it constitutes an offer to purchase. This offer is not binding on Tkibili until we confirm acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify your identity.
An order confirmation email or notification does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders after confirmation if we discover errors in pricing, product information, or if the order violates these Terms.
Accepted Payment Methods
All prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Payment must be completed at checkout for online payment methods. For Cash on Delivery, the full amount is collected upon delivery.
If you choose Tabby (Buy Now, Pay Later), your installment payments are subject to Tabby's separate terms and conditions and their credit approval process. Tkibili is not responsible for Tabby's approval or denial decisions, and any disputes regarding installment payments must be resolved directly with Tabby.
Guest checkout is available but limits your ability to track orders, earn loyalty points, or access order history. We strongly recommend creating an account for the full experience.
Pricing & Promotions
Pricing, coupons, and promotional offers
We strive to ensure all product prices on the Platform are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Regarding promotional codes, coupons, and discounts:
Coupon codes are non-transferable, single-use (unless stated otherwise), and cannot be combined with other offers
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without notice
Orders that exploit pricing errors, abuse promotional codes, or circumvent intended offer limitations may be cancelled and refunds withheld
Flash sale items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, the offer is final and cannot be honored retroactively
Promotional pricing does not apply to previously placed orders and cannot be applied retroactively
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines and policies
We deliver within the UAE and to select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location and order volume.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders that meet the minimum threshold for your delivery zone, as displayed during checkout. Tkibili reserves the right to modify shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and available delivery destinations at any time without prior notice.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Tkibili is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you, customs processing, or force majeure events.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon handoff to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts caused by incorrect addresses or failed delivery.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the UAE, all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by your country's authorities are your sole responsibility. Tkibili has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Refusal to pay customs duties does not entitle you to a refund.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Return eligibility and refund policy
All Sales Are Final for Opened or Used Products
Due to health, hygiene, and safety regulations applicable to perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL once a product has been opened, unsealed, used, tested, or applied. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted for any product whose seal has been broken or that shows signs of use, under any circumstances.
Exceptions — Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items Only
If you receive a product that is: (a) materially defective due to a manufacturing fault, (b) damaged during shipping, or (c) materially different from what you ordered, you may request a resolution subject to the following conditions:
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage
The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact
Tkibili will inspect the claim and, at its sole discretion, determine eligibility
If approved, we may offer: (i) a replacement of the same product, (ii) an exchange for a product of equal value, or (iii) a refund to the original payment method ONLY if replacement or exchange is not feasible
The resolution method is determined solely by Tkibili based on product availability and the nature of the issue
Non-Refundable Items & Fees
Any product whose seal has been broken or that shows signs of use
Items returned after 7 calendar days from delivery
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase
Shipping fees and Cash on Delivery handling fees
Gift wrapping charges
Free or promotional items included with your order
Tabby installment administrative fees
Products purchased during final sale promotions
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — you will be contacted for your banking details. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Loyalty Program
Points, tiers, and referral rewards
If we offer a loyalty program, the following terms apply to your participation:
Loyalty points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold
Points are earned only upon order completion (not at placement or payment). Points may be reversed if an order is cancelled or refunded
Points may expire as determined by the program rules. Expired points cannot be reinstated
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, point values, tiers, and earning rates at any time without prior notice
All points and tier status are forfeited upon account deletion, account suspension, or violation of these Terms
Birthday rewards, once set, are locked to your provided date of birth and cannot be changed to re-trigger the bonus
Referral rewards are subject to the same terms. Abuse of the referral program, including creating multiple accounts or self-referrals, will result in forfeiture of all rewards and possible account termination.
User Conduct
Prohibited activities
When using the Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
Placing fraudulent orders or providing false information
Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks
Abusing, exploiting, or manipulating promotional codes, coupons, or loyalty programs
Posting fake, misleading, or malicious reviews
Purchasing products in bulk for unauthorized resale without our written consent
Interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform or its security features
Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation
Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, cancellation of orders, forfeiture of loyalty points, and potential legal action.
User-Generated Content
Reviews and submitted content
By submitting reviews, ratings, feedback, or any other content to the Platform ("User Content"), you grant Tkibili a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, distribute, and publish your User Content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and promotional materials.
You retain ownership of your User Content but acknowledge that Tkibili has no obligation to publish, maintain, or compensate you for any submitted content. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion and without notice.
You represent that your User Content is honest, based on genuine experience with the product, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not contain false, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
Intellectual Property
Content and ownership rights
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand marks, images, product photography, product descriptions, videos, user interface design, software, and mobile application code — is the exclusive property of Tkibili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the UAE and international treaties.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you submit to Tkibili regarding the Platform or our products shall become the sole property of Tkibili, and we shall be free to use such feedback without any obligation or compensation to you.

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Product descriptions, including fragrance notes, ingredients, and imagery, are provided for informational purposes only. Actual product appearance, color, and scent may vary from what is displayed on screen due to device settings, batch variations, and the subjective nature of fragrance perception.
Perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products are intended for external use only. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use of any product. Tkibili is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or any adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.
Tkibili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any damage to your device resulting from your use of the Platform.
Limitation of Liability
Liability boundaries
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, TKIBILI, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
Your use of or inability to use the Platform
Any products purchased through the Platform, including allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Actions or omissions of third-party services (payment processors, delivery partners, BNPL providers)
Mobile app crashes, push notification failures, or connectivity issues
Any other matter relating to the Platform
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from or related to a specific purchase shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for that order. Our aggregate liability for all claims in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Tkibili during that period.
Indemnification
Your responsibility for damages
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tkibili, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation
Your misuse of the Platform or any of its features
Any User Content you submit that infringes on the rights of any third party
Your negligent or wrongful conduct
Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Platform
This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms.
Force Majeure
Events beyond our control
Tkibili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic or epidemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions or sanctions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, carrier or supply chain disruptions, strikes, or any other event of force majeure.
In such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event. We reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue refunds or credits at our discretion.
Governing Law & Disputes
Legal jurisdiction and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us in writing and allowing 30 days for a response and resolution attempt.
